Ohio's Parole Board recommended no clemency, in any form for Akron's Kelley Williams-Bolar to win parole on her records tampering conviction in what's become known as the Akron School Mom case.
Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh says that the Parole Board's recommendation will now go to Governor John Kasich.
"I think it's going to be interesting to see what the governor does with this. He has a lot of facts before him now. The Parole Board decision is long, it's thorough, it's well-written, it lays out all of the issues very clearly," says Walsh.

Governor Kasich is not bound by the decision of the Parole Board.
Walsh says Governor Kasich could take weeks or months to make his decision because there is no set deadline.
