Green Teacher Pleads Not Guilty To Importuning

The Green drama teacher accused of illegal conduct with a teen girl has pleaded not guilty.

News Channel 5 reports 27-year-old Jason Mazan of Canton pleaded not gulity in Barberton Municipal Court Wednesday to importuning charges.

The charges stem from Mazan allegedly being found in parked car with the girl behind a business on Massillon Road around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Authorities say he was found partially clothed inside a car with the 14-year-old.
