Zoldesy Appointed To Coventry Township Board of Trustees

A void has been filled in the Coventry Township Board of Trustees.

Dr.Gary Zoldesy has been appointed by Summit County Probate Judge Todd McKenney to serve as a Township Trustee to fill the remaining term formerly held by the late Brenda Patterson who passed away in January.

Dr. Zoldesy previously served as Superintendent of Coventry Schools and is currently a professor at Ashland University.Seven applicants including Zoldesy were interviewed for the position.

McKenney said he wanted to have someone on the Board that had more experience with working with less revenue while providing quality services.

Zoldesy will be on the Board until the end of the current term which expires on December 31, 2013.
