A Summit County Grand Jury Tuesday indicted 39-year old Daniel Tighe of Akron on charges of aggravated murder with death penalty specifications, two counts of tampering with evidence, two counts of domestic violence and two counts of abuse of a corpse in the slayings of 31-year old Wendy Ralston and her 5-year old son Peyton at their home in Tallmadge.
The indictment means Tighe would be eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
Tighe was Wendy Ralston's ex-boyfriend and Peyton's father.
The bodies of mother and son were found badly decomposed behind their Stone Creek Drive home in September.
An arraignment date has yet to be set for Daniel Tighe.
