An undercover operation in Green conducted by the Summit County Sheriff's Department landed three men in jail.

Sheriff's Inspector Bill Holland says the two hour investigation at Nimisila State Park was conducted after deputies were notified of several complaints from local residents.

"Complaints in people engaging in sexual activity in the park and being approached by individuals for sex in the park," Holland said.

Mark Stephen, 62, and Martin Levin, 73, were arrested for sexual imposition and Richard Barret, 70, was arrested for public indecency.

They were booked into the Summit County Jail and their cars were towed.

Holland says that several other men engaged in conversations about sex acts but told the undercover deputy that they were afraid of being arrested.

The Summit County Sheriff's department are planning similar undercover operations in the future.
