Prosecutors announced that Donnie Grigg of Akron, was guilty by a jury of Burglary after only ten minutes of deliberation.

In August Grigg was a resident at Oriana House when he talked another resident into being a lookout for him while he broke in into the administrator's office which held files with client funds in them.

Grigg entered a small room which contained only a small sink while Bellew stood watch at the pay phone outside. Grigg stood on the sink and crawled up into the ceiling of CBCF.  Once there, he made his way to the office of an administrator, dropped down through the ceiling and broke into a locked file cabinet. Grigg returned the same way he came, with Bellew acting as lookout the whole time.

Tyler Bellew also pled guilty to Burglary and testified against Grigg. He was sentenced to one year in prison.

Grigg will be sentenced November 24.
