I'm not a Superman fan...but this trailer has my interest peaked in the Man of Steel movie that hits theatres on June 14th. A teen is now in custody as Lodi police investigate the stabbing of his parents and sibling.
Just before 2 a.m. Thursday, Lodi Police received a call regarding the incident on Evergreen Drive.
When police and sheriff deputies arrived, they found three victims; Barbara Nemeth, 47, Robert Nemeth, 47 and their 15-year old son.
The other son, a 16-year-old, is now in custody. Police say he allegedly attacked his brother, father, who told police he tried to intervene, and his mother, after she walked downstairs to the first floor of the home.
"The mother of the suspect called 911 and reported that her son had attacked the family," Keith Keough said, Lodi police chief.
The 15-year old was taken to Akron Children's Hospital for treatment. Mr. Nemeth was taken to Akron General Medical Center. Mrs. Nemeth was treated and released from a nearby medical center.
The 16-year-old is charged with two attempted murder charges and one charge of felonious assault. He's in the custody of the Medina County Juvenile Detention Center.
Police are still investigating the motive.
