I'm not a Superman fan...but this trailer has my interest peaked in the Man of Steel movie that hits theatres on June 14th. An Akron woman is now facing robbery charges in connection with an incident that occurred last month.
28-year-old Tyieshia Shellman is accused of helping her brother Tony Shellman and Steven Young rob a woman and her children at gunpoint at a home on Lake Street April 9.
Akron Police say Tyieshia Shellman wasn't armed, but helped the men enter the house and set up the robbery. Once inside, the men allegedly forced the woman's boyfriend to open the safe and then took off with cash and jewelry.
She was charged with Complicity to Commit Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglary and Safecracking.
Akron Police officials confirm both Tony Shellman and Young were charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglary and Safecracking as well.
