On February 9th, at 1pm the Omo Iroko Drum and Dance Society will kick off Black History Month with a performance inspired by west African tradition. Led by Angela Higgins and Adreyan Martin, the Society uses music and movement as a vehicle to rejoice in life and to express nature and art. The performance will take place at the Barberton Mail Library (602 West Park Ave. in Barberton).
