Ginger Baker had a busy week.  He picked up the Innovator Award at the Classic Rock Awards, then on Wednesday he celebrated his 70th birthday doing a gig at London's Jazz Cafe.  During the show, former Blind Faith bandmate Steve Winwood hopped up on stage and joined him ofr "Can't Find My Way Back Home" and "Had to Cry Today."  One of their other Blind Faith bandmates, Eric Clapton was in the audience, but was unable to join them because he's still recovering from his recent gallstone surgery.

Past and present members of Bachman Turner Overdrive members are in court to duke it out over trademark infringement.  Randy Bachman and Fred Turner want to tour as Bachman Turner Union or BTU, but Randy's brother Robin and Blair Thornton are suing them because the name is just too similar to BTO.
